About the Weather
Very humid, hot and wet weather predominates throughout most of the year in the Mariana Islands, with only Feb – Apr having fewer heavy downpours and sunnier weather, albeit only a maximum of 7 hours per day during this time. Jul to Nov is particularly wet and overcast, with exceptionally high humidity and frequent passing, or impacting, typhoons. These can be severe, which given the Islands’ limited infrastructure have the potential to cause catastrophic damage.
