How about a trip to Greenland

Greenland is vast, like the size of Europe vast. But empty. Very, very empty! With the exception of Antarctica, Greenland contains the worlds only permanent ice sheet, which in places is several km thick and has been here for 10’s of thousands of years. It is also home to icebergs, a lot of icebergs. Most of them small and insignificant, but some far larger than houses which break off and slowly float their way down the Labrador Sea, and into the busy shipping lanes into southern Canada and the Northern US. One such iceberg is believed to have been the Titanic’s undoing in 1912.
It is hardly surprising this is the least populated region on earth, with only 55,000 people inhabiting very small coastal communities. While technically part of Denmark, this is the worlds largest island and a very, very remote place to get to and explore. But if true exploration in frigid weather is what you’re looking for, then outside of Antarctica, this really is numero uno on Earth!
