How about a trip to French Guiana All
A Brief Summary
One of the most heavily forested countries on earth, with nearly 95% of the nation densely covered with jungle and rainforest, much of which has never been explored or mapped! The only part of the country with any infrastructure whatsoever is the coastal strip of land on the Atlantic. Cayenne (that of the hot pepper), is the country’s capital and largest town and is one of colourful Creole houses and bijou street markets, with surprisingly French shops and cafes…excusing the palm trees and sultry tropical conditions.
If you’re after a quick stop in a country nobody you know has ever been to before seeing more of Central or South America, this might be worth a little peek… otherwise, if you’re coming here, bring everything Bear Grylls or Ray Mears would and more… because you’re going to need it!

About the Weather
Hot and humid all year, with no true dry season, although the months Sep and Oct are considerably drier than the other 10 months of the year which see exceptional rainfall totals and almost constant heavy, thundery downpours.
