How about a trip to Fiji
A Brief Summary
Getting to Fiji from anywhere other than Australia or New Zealand is tricky and will take a while.. And will not be cheap. Nor will staying here. Unsurprisingly being located in the south Pacific more than 1,000km from any large landmass, almost everything has to be imported, but this remoteness doesn’t mean it is barren and spartan. On the contrary, people pay a lot to travel here and expect luxury and refinement as a result, so if you’re looking for somewhere a little different, a little special and a tropical paradise with glorious beaches, diving, verdant mountains, waterfalls and friendly locals, then enduring the lengthy travel time will almost certainly be well worth it once you’ve swapped your shoes for flipflops and jacket for swimming gear!
