How about a trip to Canada Ontario
A Brief Summary
The southeast of Ontario is in complete contrast to the rest of the province. Perhaps not geographically as there are still a great number of lakes and rivers, but in terms of population and productivity and therefore ultimately, a reason to be here. Canada’s largest and busiest city, Toronto, is located here, very close to the US border and the state of NY. Its capital Ottawa is also found here, although just straddles neighbouring Quebec. The very furthest southern areas are covered in farms and fields (10’s of thousands of them) and is a very flat area of land and one of the most densely packed agricultural areas in Canada. The summers here are warm and humid and sunny and make for many lazy days spent on or around Lake Ontario to the far southeast of the region, while Toronto can offer you anything and everything you would ever need from a large north American city, including just a short drive to Niagara Falls… and the better view from the Canadian side

About the Weather
Cold, or very cold, snowy and overcast weather typifies southern Ontario from November to March, with mild, sunny days during this period unusual. Snow can be very heavy and temperatures regularly drop below -15°c, with severe windchill adding to the cold. Spring is slow to warm up, often not reaching 10°c until mid April, but by late May it is considerably warmer and sunnier, regularly exceeding 20°c. The last snows are often seen in early April, but May to November sees heavy and thundery showers throughout, with periods of high humidity making the city feel oppressive in warmer weather. Summers are very warm or hot and mostly sunny either side of the heavy downpours. Temperatures of 35-40°c occur every year in heatwaves lasting several days at a time, predominantly during July and early August. September is warm and relatively bright, but is the last warm month of the year as October through to December cools quickly, with frequent overnight frosts and the first snows seen in early to mid-November.
