How about a trip to Ascension Island All
A Brief Summary
A very small, exceptionally isolated island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, Ascension is almost impossible to access without extensive planning and coordination. Travel here is very rare and as a result, this is simply not an option for a weeks “holiday”. Despite the island being only half the size of the microstate of San Marino, it has peaks rising to nearly 1km and is heavily forested and extremely rugged. Only a couple of habitable places exist, but there are some lovely beaches on its western coasts… if you can get there!
