How about a trip to Virgin Islands

The British, or US, Virgin Islands (BVIs or USVIs) are a Caribbean playground for those who pay more tax in a month than most of us earn in a year! Not that this is a competition, but of interest, the BVIs definitely take the prize (ok, it’s a small competition) for the prettier of the two island groups… This is the sort of place you come to on Honeymoon, or frequently in your yacht if you’ve done rather well in life, to lounge on beautiful soft sand beaches, be tended to by immaculately presented hotel staff, and to dive beneath the gently lapping waters to see turtles, brightly coloured fish and just remind yourself of how bloody wonderful life can be!
Added to this and to justify it’s claim as a home to the wealthy, islands like Necker Island, Richard Branson’s long-term home, are found in and among these paradise-like green and white gems in the turquoise waters. So, if you’ve recently won the lottery, had a huge promotion, or just want to treat yourself to something a little special, the VIs might be just what you’re looking for if the mainstream Caribbean doesn’t quite cut the mustard any more
