WeatherAbout the Weather

Hot weather is seen throughout the year in western coastal regions of Costa Rica, with days averaging 32°c and nights rarely lower than 20°c. Extremes of heat or cold are almost unknown. From Dec to Apr conditions here are very dry, very sunny and windy, with strong winds moderating the heat and humidity. Winds calm and humidity rises until rains reach their peak in Sep and Oct when almost every day sees heavy rains.
