How about a trip to Egypt East Coast
A Brief Summary
If you’re looking for a beachside hotel with easy access to some of the best diving in the world, under gin-clear blue skies all year round, and with a backdrop of mountains and desert… look no further (except perhaps the Sinai Peninsula!) than Eastern coastal Egypt. The hotels here are often large, with a large number of pools, all back onto the beaches facing the beautifully warm Red Sea and all offer diving facilities, courses or equipment. Outside of the hotels, there isn’t a great deal to do as the towns here are largely geared towards tourists, but there are some traditional markets in the larger towns and an increasing number of operators offering trips into the desert, should the sea not be “your thing”.

About the Weather
This eastern coastal region of Egypt is one of the sunniest and driest places on earth. All months see blue skies and almost constant sunshine, with May to Aug absolutely cloudless. Temperatures are very warm in winter (averaging 25°c), through hot in spring (30°c) to very hot in summer (often well over 35°c). Autumn is only slightly cooler than summer. Rain here is almost unheard of.
