How about a trip to Costa Rica West Coast
A Brief Summary
Western Costa Rica is the official home of surfing in this central American paradise among many other things and it’s not difficult to see why. With consistently windy weather, long sandy beaches (many of them black volcanic sand) and palm-fringed hilly backdrops, it’s a beautiful scene to try your hand at the sport. If that’s not your thing and you’re into trekking, biking, hiking, rafting, abseiling, sailing or pretty much anything ending in “ing”, this beautiful, bio-diverse paradise will cater for all your needs and more!

About the Weather
Hot weather is seen throughout the year in western coastal regions of Costa Rica, with days averaging 32°c and nights rarely lower than 20°c. Extremes of heat or cold are almost unknown. From Dec to Apr conditions here are very dry, very sunny and windy, with strong winds moderating the heat and humidity. There is a sharp transition during the month of May to the wet season which continues on until Nov. Winds calm and humidity rises until rains reach their peak in Sep and Oct when almost every day sees heavy rains.
