How about a trip to Burkina Faso South
A Brief Summary
The southwest of Burkina Faso, home to the second largest city in the country, Bobo-Dioulasso, is a more fertile, verdant area than the desert north, however, the dry season here can stretch to multiple months of the year, meaning crop growth and harvesting can only sometimes occur in small windows. It is the more populated region of the country, but transport links away from the main towns remain very sketchy and unpredictable, especially in the rainy season

About the Weather
Temperatures average in excess of 32°c every month of the year here, with night times rarely below 20°c. Nov to Feb is rainless and very sunny with low humidity and little wind. Mar, Apr and Oct have sporadic rains and moderate humidity, with high sunshine levels still. From May to Sep however the seasonal rains take hold and peak in Aug which can see significant rainfall totals and accompanying very high humidity, along with the high temperatures making for a very unpleasant environment. Sunshine levels are also lower during this period when most days see heavy rain.
